The Quest for Quality Awards use a weighted metric and takes into account the value that each reader gives each attribute. According to the magazine, for instance, readers have historically placed the highest single value on on-time performance. That attribute is followed by value, customer service, equipment operations, and then information technology. 2008 marks the fifth year in a row that A.
